Who we are

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from our own site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses for a short time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Membership

When you apply for membership, we collect the details you enter in our membership form (hosted by Google Forms) to manage your membership, contact you about IAE activities and offer member prices. We keep this data while you are a member and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records, and we never sell it.

Event tickets

Tickets are sold through Fienta. Fienta processes your order data under its own privacy policy; we receive the attendee details needed to run the event.

Email and photos

If you write to us, we use your message only to reply. We take photos at our events and may share them on this website and our social media. If you would rather not appear, tell the photographer or write to us and we will remove the photo.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it — write to namaste@indians.ee. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
